Kendra B. Keith, FNP-C
Director of Health Services

Kendra is a certified family nurse practitioner with a background in primary care. She earned her M.S.N. from Southern Adventist University and B.S.N. from UTC. Her bedside nursing experience is primarily in critical care. Prior to becoming a nurse, Kendra worked as a case manager in community mental health after graduating from Tennessee Tech with a degree in Human Ecology. Through varied professional experiences, she has cultivated a belief that health is not wholly physical, rather equally balanced with mental and spiritual well-being. Kendra utilizes this approach to provide quality, accessible health care to the Covenant community.

Olivia Jones, BSN, RN
Registered Nurse

Olivia has been a registered nurse for eight years and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Passionate about serving others, she has a heart for medical missions and finds joy in walking alongside the college-aged community - drawn to their energy & creativity. Outside of nursing, Olivia enjoys playing piano, spending time with her little nephews, and is currently in her newlywed era with her wonderful husband, Jonathan, a Covenant graduate.

Mako Gilchrist
Office Coordinator

Mako serves as the Office Manager for the Priesthill Center Health and Counseling Services, where she provides support to both staff and students and helps ensure students receive the care they need. With a background in middle and high school education, along with more than a decade at Fairyland Elementary School on Lookout Mountain, she brings years of experience in caring for and supporting young people.

As the wife and mother of Covenant alumni and current students, Mako feels deeply connected to the college community. She is passionate about student well-being and considers it a privilege to support their mental and physical health during such a formative season of life.
